You may use this website for personal and lawful purposes only.

We aim to ensure that all information shown on the website is accurate and up to date. However, product descriptions, colours, images, sizing and availability may occasionally vary.

Colours may also appear differently depending upon your device or screen settings.

We reserve the right to update, change or temporarily withdraw any part of the website without notice.

3. Products

We take reasonable care to describe and display our products as accurately as possible. All products are subject to availability.

Measurements and sizing information are provided as a guide. Customers are responsible for selecting the appropriate size before ordering.

Nothing in these Terms affects your statutory rights where goods are faulty, not as described or otherwise fail to meet the standards required by UK consumer law.

4. Placing an Order

To place an order, select the products you wish to purchase and complete the online checkout process.

You will have an opportunity to review and correct your order before payment. Submitting an order constitutes an offer to purchase the products shown in your basket.

Once your order has been received, we will send an acknowledgement to the email address you provided.

A contract between you and Graceful Occasions is formed when your order has been accepted and confirmed by us.

We reserve the right not to accept an order where:

  • the item is unavailable;
  • payment has not been authorised;
  • there is an obvious pricing or description error;
  • delivery cannot reasonably be made to the address supplied; or
  • we reasonably suspect fraudulent activity.

5. Prices

All prices displayed on the website are in pounds sterling unless otherwise stated. Prices will include VAT where applicable.

Delivery charges and any other applicable costs will be displayed before you complete your purchase.

We may change prices at any time, but changes will not normally affect orders that have already been accepted.

UK online retailers are required to make the total price and delivery charges clear before the customer commits to purchase.

6. Payment

We accept the payment methods displayed at checkout. Payment must be authorised before an order can be processed.

Payments are processed securely through our appointed payment provider. Graceful Occasions does not store customers' full credit or debit card details.

Where third-party payment providers such as PayPal, Klarna or similar services are available, their own terms and conditions may also apply.

7. Order Confirmation

Please ensure that your email address, delivery address and contact information are correct when placing your order.

We cannot be responsible for delays resulting from incorrect information supplied by the customer.

An order confirmation will be sent electronically once your order has been received and accepted.

8. UK Delivery

We deliver to UK addresses using the delivery options shown at checkout. Estimated delivery times are provided as a guide and are not guaranteed.

Unless otherwise agreed, online retailers are generally required to deliver within 30 days.

Graceful Occasions will not be responsible for delays caused by circumstances outside our reasonable control, including courier disruption, severe weather or other transportation delays.

9. International Delivery

We deliver to the United Kingdom only.

10. Returns & Cancellation

We hope you are delighted with your purchase. For online orders, you have the right to cancel your order within 14 days of receiving your goods, subject to the applicable exclusions under consumer law. Once you have notified us that you wish to cancel, you normally have a further 14 days to return the goods.

Products should be returned in their original condition and should not have been worn beyond what would reasonably be required to inspect or try them on.

Items should be returned with labels and tags attached, removed tags could mean a none refund.

Where goods show evidence of wear, marking, perfume, make-up, damage or handling beyond what would normally be permitted when examining an item in a shop, we may reduce the refund where permitted by law.

Full details of how to return an item are set out in our Returns & Refund Policy. Nothing in our Returns Policy affects your statutory rights where goods are faulty, damaged or not as described.

11. Refunds

Where you exercise your statutory right to cancel an online purchase, we will refund the amount due within the applicable legal time-frame.

Where required by law, the refund will include the cost of our standard outbound delivery service. Additional charges paid for premium or express delivery do not have to be refunded above the standard delivery amount.

Return postage costs may be the customer's responsibility where this has been clearly explained before purchase. If Graceful Occasions provides a prepaid returns label, any agreed return charge will be deducted from your refund.

12. Faulty or Incorrect Items

If an item is faulty, damaged on arrival or not as described, please contact us as soon as possible at info@thebridalrooms.co.uk or call 07484 225865.

Please provide your order number and details of the issue. Your statutory consumer rights apply to faulty goods and are separate from our standard change-of-mind Returns Policy.

13. Promotional Codes

From time to time we may provide promotional or discount codes. Unless stated otherwise:

  • only one promotional code may be used per order;
  • promotional codes cannot be exchanged for cash;
  • codes must be entered before checkout is completed;
  • codes cannot usually be applied retrospectively;
  • promotions may be subject to specific dates, products or eligibility requirements.

We reserve the right to withdraw or amend a promotion where reasonably necessary.

Any specific promotion will also be subject to the terms published alongside that offer.

20. Our Liability

Nothing in these Terms limits or excludes liability for:

  • death or personal injury caused by negligence;

  • any other liability that cannot legally be limited or excluded.

Nothing in these Terms affects your statutory rights as a consumer.
