UK Delivery
We deliver throughout the UK using our selected delivery partners. Available delivery services, charges and estimated delivery times will be displayed at checkout before you complete your order. Please ensure your delivery details are correct before placing your order.
- Standard UK Delivery: £15.00
- Express / Next Day Delivery: £20.00
- Free Delivery Threshold: £1,000.00
Orders are normally dispatched within 3 working days, subject to stock availability and payment authorisation.
Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive confirmation by email together with tracking information where available.
Delivery times are estimates and may occasionally be affected by circumstances outside our reasonable control, including courier delays, adverse weather or periods of exceptionally high demand.
Please ensure that the delivery address supplied at checkout is complete and accurate.
Unless a different delivery period has been agreed with the customer, UK distance-selling rules generally require goods to be delivered within 30 days.
Missed or Failed Deliveries
Where a parcel cannot be delivered, the courier may leave instructions regarding redelivery or collection. If an order is returned to us because an incorrect or incomplete address has been supplied, an additional delivery charge may apply before the order is resent.
